• ※最晚入店时间为20：50。

详细信息，将通过『AMNIBUS STORE』官方X账号 （@AMNIBUS_STORE）进行公告。

【入店预约时的注意事项】

• ・每人只能预约一个入店时段。
  • ※每人只能预约一次。
  • ※每人每天仅限结账一次。即使您持有其他时段的整理券，店方也有可能拒绝您的购入。
  • ※违规行为一经发现，店方有可能拒绝您入场。
• ・此预约仅为入店的预约，不是商品的预约。根据当天的销售情况，商品可能会出现断货，还请理解与见谅。

【关于WEB整理券】

对已完成预约的顾客，店员会通过您的手机进行确认。
请在入店时，打开LivePocket-Ticket-的app或网站，并出示WEB整理券的二维码。
店员将扫描二维码进行认证。
请注意，凭打印后的纸质整理券（二维码）是无法入场的。

【来店当天的流程】

请在WEB整理券记载的入店时间前，到达5楼的店铺。
入店时需要在手机上进行WEB整理券的认证（检票），请务必携带您的手机。

• ※凭打印的纸质WEB整理券无法入场。
• ※如果晚于预约的入店时间到店，将无法入场。
• ※根据店内的拥挤程度，有可能需要您稍作等待。
• ※WEB整理券只在券面记载的日期、入店时间有效。
• ※无法根据您的要求，进行入店日期、入店时间的变更。
• ※无论任何情况，WEB整理券都无法补办。
• ※每张WEB整理券，仅限一次入店有效，并仅供券面记载的预约者本人1人使用。
• ※即使手机出现丢失、损坏、数据丢失等情况，也无法为您补办WEB整理券。
• ※使用过的WEB整理券将无法再次入店。
• ※因自然灾害、疫情、意外事故等不可抗力因素，导致商店或设施关闭时，闭店当天的WEB整理券将失效（且无法兑换为其他时段的WEB整理券）。
  此外，对因来店所产生的费用（交通费、住宿费等），任何情况下都不做补偿 。
• ※清勿在店内逗留辻久或者与其他顧客会面。
• ※请勿在商品上方压放个人物品或购物篮。
  清勿将未付款的商品 (包括胸物盤) 放置于地面上。
• ※请遵守人均购买数量限制,切勿超量拿取。

【来店当天的注意事项】

• ・若当天出现身体不适的症状，还望避免来店。感谢配合。
• ・请尽量缩短选购时间，感谢配合。
• ・店内请尽量与其他顾客保持一定的距离。
• ・请不要在店铺周边聚集、停留。
• ・入店限制可能会根据情况发生变更。
• ・其他的注意事项、变更事项等最新信息，将通过『AMNIBUS STORE』官方X账号 （@AMNIBUS_STORE）进行告知。
• ・请务必查看官方网站上的所有规则和警告。

[Applying for entrance reservations]

Reservation service “livepocket” will be used to apply for reservations to enter the venue.

[Entrance dates and times]

• *We will ask you to vacate the store after entry times have ended.
• *Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• *Last entry available entry is 8:50 PM
• *More details will be announced on our official X account @AMNIBUS_STORE

[Precautions regarding reservations]

• ・Limit of one reservation slot per person
  • *You may not apply for more than one session at a time.
  • *One person is allowed one checkout per day. Please note that even if you have reservations for a different time slot, we may refuse your checkout.
  • *Please be aware that you may be denied entry if found of any misconduct.
• ・Applying for a reservation does not guarantee you will be able to purchase the products to be sold. Please not that some items may be sold out depending on the situation.

[Web Based Tickets]

Those who have made reservations will be asked to confirm their web numbered tickets on their smartphones. One the day of the event, please present the QR code of the web based ticket through the LivePocket-Ticket app or browser. The staff will need to authenticate the QR code before being allowed entry.
Please note that you cannot enter the store with a printed version of the QR code.

[Entering the store]

Arrive at the store on the 5th floor before the entrance time indicated on the web based ticket. You will be asked to confirm the authenticity of your ticket, so you will be required to bring your smartphones.

• *We cannot authenticate your tickets using a printed version of the QR code.
• *Once the entrance times have passed, you will not be allowed to enter the store.
• *Depending on how crowded the store is, you will be asked to wait before entering.
• *Tickets are valid only for the date and entrance time indicated on your web based ticket.
• *The date and time of entry cannot be changed.
• *Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
• *Each ticket is valid once for each registered user listed on the ticket.
• *If your smartphone is damaged or lost, the ticket cannot be reissued.
• *Re-entry is not allowed
• *If the facility is closed due to unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, epidemics, or unforeseen accidents, the ticket for the date of closure will become invalid.
  (We cannot issue tickets for other dates) In such cases, we will not be able to compensate for any expenses (transportation, lodging, etc.) related to our visit to the event for any reason whatsoever.

[Accompanying Persons]

Guardians accompanying small children, preschool children, and physically disabled persons are requested to notify the staff on site on the day of the event.
If a preschooler or small child wishes to enter the store, please apply in the name of a parent or guardian. (The parent or guardian who applied for admission must be present on the day of the event.)

• *In all of the above cases, the number of accompanying persons is limited to one. In addition, checkout is limited to one time, and only one person is allowed to purchase items with purchase restrictions.
• *Children in elementary school and above who do not have smartphones are allowed to enter the store with a smartphone of the accompanying person.
• *Please refrain from staying in the official shop for a long time or meeting up with other customers inside the shop.
• *Do not place your baskets or belongings on the displayed products. Please refrain from placing products or baskets containing products on the floor before your purchase.
• *Please do not keep items beyond a purchase limit.

[Precautions on the day of your visit]

• ・If you are not feeling well on the day of the event, please refrain from coming to the store.
• ・We appreciate your cooperation in shortening your time spent inside the store.
• ・Please keep a certain distance from other customers in the store.
• ・Please refrain from staying within the vicinity of the store.
• ・Entry restriction measures are subject to change depending on circumstances.
